Up-Bye

Up-Bye gives six guests four bedrooms and several separate sitting spaces, a mile and a half from Woolacombe. There are three double bedrooms and one single, but the stated maximum occupancy is six. The detached house has a south-facing enclosed garden, a raised area of artificial grass and a lawn.

The conservatory contains a sofa and the main dining table, with bi-fold doors opening into the kitchen. Further inside are a snug and a separate lounge, each with a Smart TV. The wood burner in the lounge is described as a decorative feature, so plan on it as part of the room rather than a usable fire.

A single bedroom and a double with an en-suite bathroom are downstairs, along with a separate shower room. Two more doubles and the third bathroom are upstairs. Sloping ceilings restrict head height in the upper bedrooms, and one has a small TV den. The kitchen includes a range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and air fryer; a washing machine and tumble dryer are also listed.

Outside are seating, a barbecue and garden games. Parking accommodates three cars, and two dogs are welcome with possible extra charges. The beach at Woolacombe, shops and pubs are a mile and a half away. A travel cot and highchair are available. CCTV covers the property's front and side exterior. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
