Sitting on the coastal road leading to Woolacombe, this three-bedroom cottage accommodates up to six guests and backs directly onto the Tarka Trail, giving walkers and cyclists immediate access to the path without needing a car. Off-road parking for two cars is available at the property, and the golden sands of Woolacombe Bay are roughly two miles away. A shop and pub are both within walking distance.

The ground floor opens into a spacious lounge, kitchen, and dining area. Bi-folding doors connect the lounge to the enclosed garden, and a Smart TV with DVD player is provided. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A separate utility room beside the front door houses the washing machine, and the ground-floor wet room with shower and WC sits alongside it, practical for rinsing off after a beach day.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The super-king zip-and-link can be reconfigured as a twin on request, and the twin zip-and-link can equally be made up as a super-king; the third bedroom is a fixed king-size with its own TV. The first-floor bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

The enclosed rear garden has seating and a Weber charcoal BBQ, and secure storage accommodates beach boards, accessories, and bicycles. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure by 10:00.
