Tracey Cottage

Tracey Cottage is a semi-detached cottage in Kingskerswell, a village with views towards Dartmoor National Park and woodland bordering its edge. It sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms and suits couples or small groups rather than families, as the property does not accept children or babies. Newton Abbot is around 2.5 miles away and Torquay about 5 miles, both within easy reach for a day out.

Each double bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower room with a basin and WC, so there is no need to share. A separate cloakroom off the hallway adds a second WC and basin for daytime use. The sitting room gives a place to unwind after a day out, and the kitchen/diner brings cooking and eating into one sociable space.

Gas central heating runs throughout, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A TV and WiFi cover the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a lawn and furniture for sitting out.

Parking is on the road on a first-come, first-served basis rather than a dedicated space. Tracey Cottage does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. A shop is around 0.4 miles away and the nearest pub about 0.2 miles, both an easy walk from the door.
