The Park Inn Piggery

The Park Inn Piggery is a single-storey studio conversion at the foot of a pub garden in Kingskerswell, a village with views towards Dartmoor National Park. It sleeps 2 and, given the compact layout, the property is for adults only, with no children.

The open-plan studio has a super-king-size bed, made up as zip/link and available as a twin on request, alongside a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a combi oven/microwave, small fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and air fryer, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas central heating covers the studio.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. An enclosed front garden has space for morning coffee, and a small outside area with a double bench gives access to the neighbouring pub's beer garden at all times, though this pub does not serve food and there may be some noise. There are steps to the exterior.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car. One well-behaved dog is welcome for a fee, and owners may allow a second dog if asked in advance with its breed and age. A wall fan and hairdryer are provided, and smoking is not permitted. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.4 miles, and the village has a Co-Op along with a handful of restaurants and takeaways.
