Tides Edge, Woolacombe

This ground-floor apartment in Woolacombe sleeps six across two bedrooms: a king-size room and a twin. Reached via a shared entrance, all the accommodation sits on one level with underfloor heating throughout. A Z-bed can be made up in the twin by prior arrangement, though the capacity of six remains unchanged.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker, sandwich toaster, filter coffee machine, washing machine and freezer. A coin-operated tumble dryer is available in a shared outbuilding. The wet room has a power shower in a gated enclosure with a WC. A travel cot, highchair and shower stool are each available on request, and the lounge and dining area has a Smart TV.

Outside, guests share grounds that include a BBQ area and an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off after the beach. Secure individual lockers give private storage for surfboards, bikes and wetsuits. Parking is provided for one or two cars on site. A shop and pub are around 150 metres away, and Woolacombe Beach is 350 metres from the property.

Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Guests should bring their own beach towels. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00. A separate apartment called Sand Dunes is available within the same building and can be booked alongside this one for larger groups travelling together.
