Threshing Barn

Threshing Barn stands in the hamlet of Cove, near Bampton and around six miles from Tiverton, and is one of four holiday properties sharing a site with the owners' own home. It sleeps six guests across three bedrooms and looks out over farmland and woodland, making it a practical base for a family or group of friends.

Inside, the ground floor is given over to an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with plenty of natural wood and glass doors bringing the outlook indoors. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and there's a smart TV with DVD player in the lounge. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin room, with a further family shower room also on this floor.

Outside, guests have use of a private patio with garden furniture, ideal for dining while taking in the countryside views, along with shared grounds. A shared hot tub is available on site throughout the year, and there's a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use. Private parking is provided at the property, and internet access is available.

The barn is set up with families in mind, with a travel cot, highchair and two stairgates provided. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. The nearest pub is around 1.5 miles away and a shop about 2.5 miles away, so it's worth planning a supermarket stop en route. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
