The Milking Shed

This detached single-storey cottage forms part of a small complex of holiday properties in Bittadon, near Woolacombe, on the North Devon coast. It sleeps four across two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, served by a single shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Ilfracombe lies around five miles away, with Woolacombe's beach around six miles distant.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, fitted out with a Smart TV and comfortable sofas for evenings in after a day exploring the area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine, so cooking and self-catering throughout a stay is straightforward. A dining area alongside gives space to sit together over home-cooked meals.

Outside, a private patio comes with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture, useful for dining outdoors when the weather allows, and a private hot tub is available for evening use. A shared garden area within the complex includes a small children's playground, a practical touch for families staying with young children. Private parking is provided for one car.

One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply, and internet access is available throughout the cottage. A highchair can be provided on request. Check-in runs from 4pm, with departure required by 10am on the day you leave. Shops, a pub and the beach are all within around five miles, useful to know when planning a stay in this part of North Devon.
