Set on a working farm about a mile from Landkey, this two-bedroom holiday home sleeps four: one room has a king-size bed, the other twin beds. A country pub and local shop are within that same mile, Barnstaple town centre is around 3 miles by road, and the Tarka Trail provides 32 miles of traffic-free walking and cycling. Sandy beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are all within 15 miles.

Floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the open-plan living and kitchen area, with large oak beams and feature stone walls adding character throughout. The kitchen covers an electric oven and hob with extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. One bathroom serves the property, fitted with a bath, shower over and WC.

A Smart TV, DVD player and docking station are provided alongside board games and books. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children. Internet access is included, though mobile signal on the farm is variable. Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout before 10:00, and a welcome pack is waiting on arrival.

Outside, an enclosed lawn and patio look out over the surrounding hills and valleys, with an outdoor dining set and dedicated storage for bicycles and surfboards. Private parking accommodates two cars on site. Dogs are not permitted at this property.
