Sycamore Apartment

Sycamore Apartment sits in the village of Lifton, Devon, with parts of the building dating back to the 17th century. A grand hallway entrance leads through to a separate boot room, and the apartment sleeps 12 across five bedrooms.

All five bedrooms have their own TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC: four king-size rooms and a twin, with one king room including a sofa-bed suitable for two children or an adult. The open-plan living space downstairs has a fitted kitchen, dining table and a large corner sofa, and a separate sitting room holds the woodburning stove and a second Smart TV, with a starter pack for the stove included in the rent.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, and oil central heating covers the apartment. Outside, the front patio has furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Sycamore takes up to three well-behaved pets; guests are asked to bring their own covers for soft furnishings or request them on arrival. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars. The property does not accept one-night bookings, and smoking and naked flames are not permitted. Guests are asked to keep noise outside to a minimum after 10pm, and the shop and pub are both 0.2 miles away.
