This ground-floor apartment sits within the Mount Wise area of Plymouth, sleeping four across two king-size bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with WC, while the second bedroom is served by a separate family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV and an Alexa speaker.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area runs across the rear of the apartment, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto the outside space. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a pod coffee machine. A dining table can be extended for larger gatherings, and the lounge has two sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed for occasional extra bedding rather than additional guests.

Outside is an enclosed patio with frosted balustrades, furnished with a dining and seating set and a large parasol for shade. Underfloor heating runs throughout the apartment, and a utility cupboard just inside the front door houses a washer/dryer. A shop is under 100 metres away and a pub around 0.2 miles from the door.

Off-road private parking is provided for one car, with additional space available in the visitors' area and no time restriction. Secure bicycle storage is available within the apartment block. Internet access is included, a highchair can be provided, and the apartment does not accept dogs. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
