A lift serves the building from the allocated off-road parking space below, making arrival straightforward. The open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has patio doors opening onto a balcony, and a private rooftop terrace above provides the setting for the hot tub, with far-reaching sea views across the bay.

Bedrooms divide as follows: a super-king room with its own en-suite shower room and WC; a king room with a Smart TV and patio doors leading directly to a balcony; and a twin room, also with a Smart TV and patio doors, whose zip-and-link beds convert to a king on request. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave and a Tassimo coffee machine. Smart TVs feature in the lounge and every bedroom. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. One off-road parking space is included.

Communal leisure facilities on site include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and games rooms. The pool, sauna and gym operate on pre-bookable one-hour slots (9 am to 5 pm low season, 8 am to 6 pm high season; closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day) and can be reserved up to two weeks before arrival via the Guest Service Team. An EV charging pod on site is bookable through the same team.
