Seascape Retreat

Seascape Retreat is a single-storey holiday lodge on Mullacott Park, about 2 miles from Ilfracombe and within reach of Woolacombe. The open-plan living space has two sofas in front of a Smart TV and electric fire, plus a dining table for meals together, and the lodge sleeps 6 across three bedrooms.

The king bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC, and there are two further twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Panoramic sea and meadow views open up around the park, reaching towards the coast.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and updated WiFi covers the living space. Gas central heating runs throughout with fuel and power included in the rent. Outside, decking with furniture leads to a private hot tub, and off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, with steps up from the parking area worth taking care on.

Seascape Retreat welcomes one well-behaved pet. There are steps up to the lodge, and the property accepts a minimum stay of 5 nights during July and August. No smoking is permitted. The shop is 2.1 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 2.3 miles, with the coastal path nearby for walks.
