1 Ocean Terrace

1 Ocean Terrace is a single-storey wooden lodge in Mullacott, around 2 miles from Ilfracombe. The open-plan living area has large windows and glass double doors that let in plenty of light, and the lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The sitting area has an electric fire and doors onto the rear decking, with sea views over the countryside and coast beyond. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee maker, and the dining table also looks out toward the coast, making it a natural gathering spot for the group. Gas central heating covers the lodge, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The double bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the twin room is served by a family bathroom with a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC.

1 Ocean Terrace takes one well-behaved dog, and private parking for one car sits next to the lodge, with further parking near reception. The enclosed front and rear decking has furniture for sitting out with a view. Smoking is not permitted, and the nearest shop, pub and beach are 0.1, 1.9 and 2.4 miles away.
