Sea Peeps

Sea Peeps is a traditional annexe set over two floors on the edge of Paignton on the Torbay coast, with a shop 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.5 miles away. The property sleeps 2, and a conservatory that catches the sun opens onto an enclosed patio for meals outdoors. Paignton's seafront and harbour sit within the same stretch of the South Devon coast.

Inside, the living/dining room has a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table, with an electric fire for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a TV and WiFi are provided throughout.

Upstairs, reached by a staircase, the family bedroom has a double bed and two singles, lit by a Velux window set into the sloping ceiling. On the ground floor, a shower room is finished with green tiling and has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Electric heating covers the whole property, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking is available outside, and there is an enclosed patio for sitting out. Sea Peeps does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout, and bookings run for a full week only, from Saturday to Saturday.
