3 Palms

3 Palms is a single-storey annexe in Preston Sands, near Preston village on the edge of Paignton and within a mile of Torquay, between the beaches of Hollicombe and Preston Sands. The annexe sleeps 2 in a single king-size bedroom, and bookings need a minimum stay of 5 nights.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a breakfast bar seating 2 and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and there's a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Underfloor heating covers the annexe throughout, and WiFi, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there's little to bring beyond luggage. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car right outside.

Outside, the enclosed rear patio has furniture and a barbecue, a good spot for cooking outdoors. One small, well-behaved pet is welcome, and the property is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles, and the beach 0.5 miles. Torquay is 2.9 miles away, Brixham 6 miles, and Totnes 6.8 miles, all within reach for a day trip.
