Schooner's is a two-bedroom apartment in Mortehoe, a village perched on North Devon's cliff-edge coastline. Five steps lead to the communal entrance, from which all rooms are on one level. The property accommodates up to four guests and welcomes one dog, though additional charges may apply. Rockham, Grunta and Barricane beaches lie within a mile; Woolacombe's larger award-winning beach is just over a mile away. The village has two pubs serving meals, a shop and a museum with tearooms.

The open-plan living space combines a comfortable lounge with patio doors opening onto a front balcony with distant sea views, a large dining table and a compact kitchen with breakfast bar. A glazed door from the kitchen opens into a fully enclosed rear yard, useful for storing bikes and beach equipment. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room with French doors to the front balcony. The second bedroom is a twin with a door to the enclosed rear yard and access to the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath.

Full fibre broadband is available. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A highchair and travel cot are provided for families. Towels are included. Private parking for one car is onsite; further spaces are available nearby. The coast path passes several hundred metres away, offering excellent walking routes from the apartment. Arrival is from 15:00; departure is before 10:00.
