This first-floor apartment sits back from the busier roads of Woolacombe, reached via a wide staircase from a shared hallway. It suits families, couples and dog owners looking for a base near the beach and the surrounding North Devon countryside.

Inside, the open-plan lounge and kitchen/diner benefit from underfloor heating throughout, useful across the seasons. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, sandwich toaster, filter coffee machine, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. A smart TV with Netflix and Prime is provided, though guests need their own login. A travel cot is available and a highchair can be requested, making this a practical option for younger children.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, served by a single bathroom fitted as a wet room with a gated walk-in shower and WC (a shower stool can be requested). A sofa bed in the living room accommodates up to two further guests, bringing total capacity to six. Outside, there is a shared garden and patio with a BBQ area for al fresco meals, along with outdoor lockers for bicycles, surfboards and wetsuits, and an outdoor hot shower for washing off after the beach.

Private parking is provided for up to two cars, and a coin-operated tumble dryer is available in a shared location within the building. Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges possibly applying. Arrival is from 3pm and departure before 10am.
