Preston Down

This single-level bungalow sits in a quiet residential corner of Preston, near Paignton, and suits two couples sharing or a family holiday. With accommodation entirely on one level and no stairs to navigate, it offers a straightforward layout for guests who prefer to avoid steps.

There are two double bedrooms, one of which also has a small bunk bed suitable for children, and both share use of the family bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer, while the lounge has an electric fire, sofa seating and a smart TV.

A conservatory at the rear provides further space for dining or relaxing, opening onto a paved patio with table, chairs and parasol, and a large enclosed lawn beyond suits outdoor games and gives children and dogs room to play safely. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Private parking is available for two cars, and internet access is provided.

Families are catered for with a highchair, travel cot, child toilet seat and potty supplied. Shops are within half a mile, with a wider choice of cafes and restaurants around a mile away, and the beach is just under a mile from the door. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
