Pier View

Pier View is a ground-floor apartment in the Preston area of Paignton, close to Preston beach and the South West Coast Path. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The king-size double and twin bedroom are both on the ground floor, with a shower room, basin and WC, and a separate cloakroom. The kitchen opens through to a conservatory with a dining area, and the sitting room has a gas fire.

The kitchen has an electric oven and a gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there are two TVs with Freeview, WiFi, books, games and DVDs. Gas central heating covers the flat, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The lawned rear garden has a patio, furniture and a charcoal BBQ, with the owner providing four deck chairs and a wind break. Off-road parking is provided for one car. Pier View takes one well-behaved dog, and the shop and pub are about 2 minutes' walk away. Smoking is not permitted.

The Preston area has independent shops and a long sandy beach with its own beach huts, close to the South West Coast Path. Paignton itself makes a base for exploring the English Riviera, with a zoo, sea life centre and Occombe Farm all nearby, and Torquay within easy reach for a day trip.
