Poppy Lodge

Poppy Lodge is a single-storey holiday lodge in the Mullacott Park countryside, a short drive south of Ilfracombe. The open-plan living space looks out over farmland towards the coast and, on a clear day, Wales in the distance, and the lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The double bedroom has a TV, DVD player and an en-suite shower room, and the twin bedroom sits alongside a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Children aged 3 and over are accepted, though the lodge has no facilities for younger children, so it suits couples and families with older kids best.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine, and gas central heating runs throughout with fuel and power included in the rent. A Smart TV, Freesat, a Blu-Ray/DVD player with USB media player, a mini hi-fi with DAB, CD and Bluetooth, and WiFi cover evenings in, alongside a selection of books and games. Outside, a wrap-around, enclosed decking area has furniture for meals in the open air.

Off-road parking is available at the lodge. No pets are allowed, the lodge is no smoking, and stag, hen or similar parties are not accepted. Laundry is via an onsite shared launderette. The property accepts a minimum stay of 3 nights with a Saturday changeover day, and the shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away.
