Pickwell Barton Cottage

This farmhouse cottage sits within the hamlet of Pickwell, close to Georgeham, on a working farm setting. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: two king-size doubles and a twin room with zip-and-link beds that can be converted to a super-king if the owner is told at least two days ahead of arrival, otherwise it stays as a twin.

Inside, a farmhouse-style kitchen/diner opens onto a lounge with a wood burner (logs included) and a Smart TV. Upstairs there is a family shower room with WC, while the ground floor has a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, plus a separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, slow cooker and air fryer, and a highchair is available for younger visitors.

Outside, a private, enclosed garden and patio have outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue for evening meals outdoors. A pop-up games room next to the cottage holds a pool table, table tennis, darts and skittles. Guests also have private access to Putsborough beach across the owner's land, and a free parking permit for Putsborough Beach car park is provided.

Off-road parking is available for three cars, and internet access is included. No dogs are permitted at this property. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
