This three-bedroom house in Georgeham sleeps up to five and sits close to the North Devon coast, within reach of the sandy beaches at Putsborough and Croyde. The village itself has a pub and shop nearby, useful for anyone not wanting to rely on a longer drive for essentials.

Downstairs offers an open-plan living and dining area with a wood burner (a first basket of logs is supplied), a six-seater dining table, and a modern kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's a separate study area with a desk and bookshelf. A staircase leads up to a snug with a TV, giving families a second space to spread out.

Upstairs, the first king-size bedroom looks out over the surrounding countryside, while the second king-size room can be set up as a twin with zip-and-link beds if requested in advance. The single bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements. The one bathroom has a bath with a rain-head shower and handheld attachment over it, plus underfloor heating, and there is a separate WC elsewhere in the house. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors.

Outside, a sloping rear garden is partially fenced and includes a decked patio area with a BBQ point for disposable barbecues; steps in the garden mean children should be supervised. Private parking is provided for two cars, along with a Tesla charging point for compatible vehicles, and a garage offers storage for bikes and surfboards. Internet access is available at the property, and dogs cannot be accommodated here.
