Ocean Villa

Ocean Villa is a three-bedroom property in Woolacombe sleeping six guests, designed on an inverted floor plan so that the main living spaces sit on the upper level to take full advantage of the sea views. The sandy beach is under 400 metres away on foot, and the South West Coast Path is reachable within 200 metres.

All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, reached by taking five steps down from street level. The super-king room has an en-suite shower room with WC. A twin room has zip-and-link beds that can be configured as a super-king on request. The third room is a single with one full-size single bed and an additional narrow pull-out single, suitable for a child. A family bathroom with bath and shower over serves the twin and single rooms. Neither dogs nor pets are permitted.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area runs across a bank of windows facing the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, French-style fridge-freezer and washing machine. A Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player serve the lounge. Doors open onto the balcony, where garden furniture is provided for outdoor meals or an evening drink.

A ground-floor seating area also has sea views and its own garden furniture. Private parking accommodates two cars. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. A shop, pub and the beach itself are all within 400 metres. Beach towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
