This apartment sits within a gated complex a short walk from the beach and coastal footpath at Saunton, with views out to sea from most of its rooms. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits a couple or small family wanting easy access to the sand without a long drive each morning.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner faces the sea and is fitted with an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a pod coffee machine, along with a Smart TV with Sky package and a wireless music dock. The double bedroom has its own television and opens onto an enclosed balcony with seating, useful for a quiet evening once the day trippers have gone home. The twin room is served by a separate shower room rather than a second bathroom.

Outside, guests can use the communal landscaped gardens shared with other apartments in the complex, and there is an external shower for rinsing off sand after the beach. A separate indoor storage area with its own access is provided for surfboards, a practical touch given the surf beaches within walking distance. One allocated parking space is included, and internet access is available.

Families travelling with young children can request a travel cot and highchair. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am, and note that the twin bedroom's shower room is separate from the en-suite bathroom rather than an additional full bathroom.
