The main living area combines a well-equipped kitchen and dining space with a lounge furnished with two sofas, Smart TV, bookcase and games. French doors open from here onto an enclosed patio with seating and a charcoal BBQ, making it a sheltered spot for morning coffee or meals outdoors.

The bedroom features a super king-size bed with French doors and a window looking out to the valley. A contemporary shower room with WC and a utility area with washing machine and dryer complete the single-floor layout. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment.

Tytherleigh is within walking distance of a pub, and Lyme Regis lies around 9 miles away, known for fossil hunting and independent shops. The River Cottage HQ is close by in Axminster, alongside farmers' markets and local retailers. A public footpath leads from the neighbouring sheep field, giving direct access to the surrounding countryside on foot.

A travel cot and highchair are available, and towels are included. Private off-road parking is provided for one car. The property will be decorated for Christmas. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. No dogs are permitted.
