Leonardo Hotel Exeter

Leonardo Hotel Exeter is a 170-room hotel on Western Way, a ten-minute walk from both Exeter Central and St James Park stations and close to the city's shopping quarter at Princesshay. Rooms come with Dream Bed mattresses, flat-screen TVs and a work space, complimentary Wi-Fi runs throughout, and the hotel holds Green Tourism Gold certification.

The Bar and Grill handles all-day dining, from burgers and pizzas to a full grill menu, and pours illy coffee at its own counter. Twenty-four-hour reception and room service cover late arrivals, and seven meeting rooms make the hotel a regular choice for business groups as well as leisure guests.

Exeter Cathedral and the historic quayside are both under a mile away, in the heart of Exeter, and Dartmoor National Park is within reach for a day out by car. NCP parking sits directly opposite the hotel, so drivers don't need to search far.

**Best for:** business travellers needing meeting rooms, and leisure guests who want a short walk to the cathedral and station.

**Less good for:** guests wanting a boutique, characterful stay rather than a large, corporate-style city hotel.
