Lakeview Barn

This reverse-level barn sits within a gated lakeside complex near Pancrasweek, close to the Devon/Cornwall border, and sleeps up to 13 across six bedrooms. The reverse layout puts the main living space upstairs, where an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area looks out over the lake through large picture windows, with a kitchen island, dishwasher and a dining table large enough for the whole group.

Bedrooms are split across two floors. Upstairs are two super-king bedrooms served by a separate bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Downstairs are three further super-king bedrooms, two of which are en suite, plus one twin room and a family bathroom with bath and shower. A ground-floor utility room has a washer/drier, and there is an additional WC on this level. Beds can be arranged as twins on request, but changes made within three days of arrival may incur an extra charge.

Outside, an enclosed ground-floor patio has garden furniture, a gas barbecue, an outdoor hot shower and a private undercover hot tub seating up to twelve. A children's play area with swings and slide is on site, and lakeside fishing and paddleboarding can be arranged, though shared areas around the water call for supervision of children and dogs. Off-road parking is available for up to five cars, with an electric vehicle charging point (charges apply) and internet access throughout.

Up to four dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying and further dogs considered on request. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Guests can also arrange discounted golf and dining at the nearby Holsworthy Golf Club, reached by golf buggy from the property.
