Lake View - Millhayes

This lakeside lodge sleeps 6 guests in Kentisbeare, near Cullompton in Devon. The property sits beside a private lake with views across the water from the main living space. A village pub and shop are each within half a mile. The lodge offers electric vehicle charging on site and private off-road parking for 2 cars.

The open-plan living area combines lounge, kitchen and dining space, with French doors framing lake views. A wood burner provides heating, and there are Smart TVs in the lounge and all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Three bedrooms comprise two king-size beds (one with French doors onto the covered deck) and one flexible twin room that converts to a super-king on request. An en-suite shower room serves one bedroom, and a family bathroom with shower over the bath serves the others.

Outside, a private covered deck wraps around the lodge with seating for al fresco dining and lake views. A charcoal BBQ is available. The hot tub is positioned for night-time use with views across the grounds. First set of logs for the wood burner is provided. Children and pets must be supervised at all times because of the open-sided lakes; swimming and entering the water are strictly prohibited.

Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00. One dog is welcome (additional charges may apply). Towels are included. A highchair is available for families with infants.
