Lake View is a Grade II listed barn conversion near East Worlington, close to Lapford, sleeping 8 across four en-suite bedrooms. The barn keeps its original wooden beams and exposed stone walls alongside a modern kitchen and living space.

One super-king-size bedroom is on the ground floor, with its own en-suite roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Upstairs are a king-size room with a Juliet balcony and en-suite roll-top bath, a further super-king-size with en-suite shower, and a twin with en-suite shower, giving the barn five bathrooms including a separate ground-floor shower room by the entrance.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a double electric oven and hob, a large American fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a wine cooler and a utility room with a washer/dryer. There's a TV with Freeview and Sky, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Two highchairs and two stair gates are available on request.

The rear, enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and a hot tub, available for an extra charge arranged at the time of booking, plus a BBQ hut seating up to 15. Guests can also use a games room shared with a neighbouring property between 10am and 10pm, with a pool table, darts and air hockey. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there's a ground-floor shower room for washing them off after walks. No smoking is permitted.
