Huxham View and Annex

Huxham View and Annex is an eight-bedroom house with a separate annex on the edge of Stoke Canon, a few miles from Exeter, sleeping 16 across four floors. The main house holds six en-suite bedrooms, and a single-storey annex adds two more ground-floor en-suite bedrooms.

In the main house, the bedrooms are a super-king-size with an en-suite bath and walk-in shower, a king-size, a double, two second-floor king-size rooms and one ground-floor king-size, each with its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A cloakroom adds a further WC. The annex has two more ground-floor king-size bedrooms, each also en-suite, giving the property eight bathrooms in total.

The main house has a kitchen/diner, a lower-ground-floor utility and living/dining room, a games room and a gym, with underfloor heating throughout except the snug. The annex has its own open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting space. Between the two, the property has two washing machines, two tumble dryers, two dishwashers, ten Smart TVs and WiFi, plus three highchairs and three travel cots.

Outside, an enclosed communal garden has a lawn, patio, furniture, a hot tub, a barbecue and a pizza oven. Off-road parking is provided on site, and dogs are welcome (confirm how many when booking). Bookings run to a minimum of 3 nights, rising to 7 nights in the school summer holidays, and the property does not accept group bookings under the age of 20 or hen and stag parties. Smoking is not permitted.
