Hilltown Farm - Owls Nest

This converted barn sits in a rural farm setting near Mariansleigh, close to South Molton, and sleeps four across two bedrooms. The accommodation is arranged in upside-down style, with the first-floor living space reached via external stairs and the bedrooms located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is divided by the internal staircase leading down to the bedrooms. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a smart TV with DVD player, while the dining table seats four. The kitchen is well-equipped with an integrated oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Both ground-floor bedrooms have televisions, and the property's single bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a shower-over-bath and WC. A highchair and travel cot are available, making the layout practical for families.

Outside, an enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn and includes a private hot tub, a patio with seating and a BBQ. Guests can use a 6-acre field, fully enclosed with stock fencing, for exercising dogs, and there is a children's play area shared with a neighbouring cottage. Meeting the resident horses is possible under the owners' supervision. Parking is ample and on-site, and an EV charge point is available, though it is shared with another cottage and arranged directly with the homeowner at additional cost. Up to four dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay.
