Positioned on a hillside with far-reaching sea views, this single-storey property offers spacious accommodation for six guests. Woolacombe lies within walking distance, known for its three-mile sandy beach popular with families and surfers. The village has shops and eateries, whilst Croyde, Saunton Sands and the harbour town of Ilfracombe are reachable for day trips. Cycle routes into Ilfracombe begin within a few minutes' travel from the property.

The dual-aspect lounge features a large sofa, fireplace and Smart TV, with views across the countryside toward the sea. The dining room seats six at a glass table with a window seat offering similar views, and a breakfast room suits informal meals or children's dining. The kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst an exterior utility room houses the washing machine. Three bedrooms provide a king-size, twin and bunk arrangement, and the bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC.

The enclosed rear garden spans almost one acre with a goalpost for casual games. A decked front area has sun loungers and space for a barbecue. The private hot tub with sea views operates April through November; it is emptied, cleaned and refilled before each arrival, though it cannot be guaranteed to have reached temperature by check-in. Table tennis in the garage provides all-weather entertainment.

Ample off-road private parking is available. Travel cots and highchairs are provided. A separate holiday property on the same site does not overlook the hot tub area or encroach on the garden. Three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival from 17:00; departure by 10:00.
