Heathmoor

Heathmoor is a house on the outskirts of Horrabridge, with direct access onto the moor and views over Dartmoor from the sitting room and an adjoining work or reading space. Parking is provided for up to 3 cars, and an enclosed garden with a terrace gives a spot to sit outside, again with views over Dartmoor. The approach lane is not tarmacked and can be uneven, so care is needed driving up to the property.

The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a ground-floor king-size room with an en-suite shower room, a first-floor king-size room with an en-suite freestanding bath, a second king-size room and a twin room, plus a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wood-burning stoves heat the sitting room and the kitchen/diner, with air source heat pumps and underfloor heating on the ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

A Smart TV and WiFi are included, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels covered in the rent. A cot and highchair are available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, though pets are only permitted in the kitchen/diner, and smoking is not allowed.

Shops, a fish and chip shop, a post office and pubs are around 0.7 miles away, with more shops and pubs in Yelverton 1.5 miles away and Burrator Reservoir 4 miles away. The property cannot accommodate worker bookings.
