Coppermoor

Coppermoor sits on the edge of Horrabridge, a village within Dartmoor National Park, and sleeps four across two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and countryside views, while the second is a twin zip-and-link room that can be converted to a super-king-size on request. Both bedrooms share a single family shower room, so this arrangement suits couples travelling together or a family comfortable with one bathroom between them.

The ground floor opens through a small porch into a lounge with a wood burner (the first basket of logs is provided) and a Smart TV, with patio doors leading outside. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine that also gives access to the rear garden.

Outside, an enclosed south-facing patio and front garden sit to one side of the cottage, while the rear has a lawn on raised ground reached by steep steps, with a seating area at the top. Parents should supervise children closely here given the steps involved. Private parking is provided for two cars, and internet access is available.

Two dogs are welcome at Coppermoor, though additional charges may apply. A pub and shop are within about a mile, useful for those not wanting to drive on arrival. Arrival is from 16:30 and departure before 10:00, and towels are included in the stay.
