Harescombe Lodge

Harescombe Lodge sits just outside the village of Morchard Bishop, on a working arable farm in Mid Devon. The lodge is arranged over two floors, and the open-plan ground-floor living space has sliding glass doors opening onto the patio. The lodge sleeps 3, with a sofa bed in the living room alongside the main bedroom.

Upstairs, the whole first floor is a super king-size bedroom with a freestanding bath positioned for the countryside views and its own balcony with furniture. Downstairs is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, plus a laundry cupboard with a washing machine.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle and toaster, and there is a TV and Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating covers the ground floor. Outside, an enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, covered hot tub and furniture, leading directly to an exclusive-use dog paddock.

Harescombe Lodge welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, and an EV charging point is available on request. A travel cot is available on request, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.6 miles away and the pub 0.5 miles.
