Goslings

Goslings sits on a smallholding attached to the owners' own home in Bradford, North Devon, sharing the grounds with sheep, chickens, ducks and geese, with eggs available from the owners. The cottage is all on one level and sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

Inside, a king-size room and a twin share a bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, basin and WC. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is warmed by a wood burning stove, and patio doors open onto an enclosed lawn garden with furniture and views across the fields. There is one step up to the front door and a slight slope through to the bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi. Heating runs on oil, and a cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. Off-road parking is on a cobble and grass drive for one car.

Bradford is a small village 6 miles from the market town of Holsworthy, with a pub around 3 miles away. The nearest sandy beaches along the North Devon coast are about a 30-minute drive, with cliff-top coastal paths for walkers. Goslings takes 2 pets, for a small charge, and smoking is not permitted. The property does not accept Sunday changeovers.
