Glenmore

Glenmore is a two-storey terraced house on a quiet residential street in the Stoke area of Plymouth, a 10-minute walk from Devonport Docks. The sitting room has a 55-inch Smart TV, and the kitchen opens onto an enclosed rear courtyard with a patio and furniture for outdoor meals. The house sleeps 6 across three double bedrooms.

Two double bedrooms with their own TVs are upstairs, and a third double is on the ground floor, next to a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine, and there are two further TVs plus WiFi throughout the house.

Gas central heating covers the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. CCTV covers the front and rear of the property, with none inside. Roadside parking is available outside, and the enclosed courtyard gives a private spot for a morning coffee before heading out for the day.

Glenmore does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 2.2 miles. Royal William Yard, with its bars, restaurants and watersports, and Plymouth's Barbican quayside are both within the city, a short drive or walk from the house. The Hoe and the National Marine Aquarium are also within reach for a day out.
