A private balcony gives a quiet spot to sit outside, and residents can also make use of a shared indoor swimming pool within the complex. Parking is available in front of the building. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request, making this a practical choice for a stay with a young child, though dogs are not permitted at this property.

A pub and shop are within two miles of the apartment, with the beach itself less than a mile away. Arrival is from 16:00 onwards, with departure required before 10:00, and internet access is available throughout the stay for those wanting to check tide times or plan days out along this stretch of coast.
