Elberry Cottage

Elberry Cottage sits in Churston Ferrers, near Brixham, and sleeps four across two first-floor bedrooms. The double room overlooks nearby fields, while a bunk room suits younger guests, and both share the house bathroom with its roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

Downstairs, an open-plan lounge and dining area gives you space to relax by the open fire (with the first basket of coal included) or gather around the table for four. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment, so preparing meals at the cottage is straightforward.

Outside, a patio and lawned garden with garden furniture provide an enclosed spot for warmer days, and a separate outbuilding houses both a games room, complete with TV, DVD player and Xbox, and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. This layout works well for families wanting a bit of separate space to let children play.

Two dogs are welcome at Elberry Cottage, though additional charges may apply. Parking is available at the roadside directly outside for one car, and wifi is included throughout the stay. A travel cot and highchair are provided for guests travelling with young children. Linen and towels are supplied, with arrival from 3pm and departure by 10am.
