Clovelly Lakes Sky Lark Lodge Seven

Sky Lark Lodge Seven sits beside one of five fishing lakes at Clovelly Lakes, a short drive from Higher Clovelly. Three steps lead up to the entrance, and the whole lodge is arranged on a single level once inside, with the accommodation opening into a wraparound balcony overlooking the water.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the heart of the lodge, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher in the kitchen area, and a Smart TV with DVD player in the seating area. Three bedrooms lead off the main space: two king-size rooms, one with views over the lake, and a bunk room with a standard single bottom bunk and a smaller single top bunk suitable for a child. A single shower room with a large walk-in shower and WC serves the whole lodge, so families or groups sharing should factor this into their plans.

Outside, the raised private balcony wraps around the lodge and is reached via the three entrance steps, making it a good spot for outdoor meals with a charcoal barbecue provided. Off-road parking is available on site, along with an EV charger dedicated to this lodge, though charging costs are payable directly to the owner. Starlink satellite wi-fi covers the site, and an on-site laundry room is available for guest use rather than an in-lodge washing machine. Complimentary family-friendly fishing is included across the five lakes, and a cot and highchair can be requested ahead of arrival.

The lodge sleeps six across its three bedrooms, with the bunk room suited to one adult and one child. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 3pm and departure by 10am.
