Clovelly Lakes Pheasant Lodge Two

This two-storey timber lodge sits within a countryside setting of woodland, lakes and wetlands near Higher Clovelly, a short distance from the coast. It sleeps six across three bedrooms, making it suited to families or small groups wanting easy access to the North Devon coast and countryside without being far from local amenities.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with a Smart TV and DVD player in the lounge and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, leading through to a shower room with a jet-spray shower and WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs are the double, twin and bunk rooms, plus a family bathroom with bath and WC; guests should note the sloping ceilings on this floor. Outside, a raised private balcony reached by three steps looks out over the lake, and a private hot tub is available for evening use. A charcoal barbecue is provided, and complimentary family-friendly fishing is available across the site's five lakes.

Practical provisions include a cot and highchair, night storage and electric heating, and ample off-road parking on site. Starlink satellite Wi-Fi is available, and shared EV charging (7kW) is offered at reception for an additional cost payable direct to the owner. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.
