Cabana Lakeside Lodge 2

This lodge sits near Whitnage, close to Tiverton in Mid Devon, and sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have super-king-size zip-and-link beds that can be split into twins on request, and the third has a king-size bed; all three have en-suite facilities, with two offering a freestanding bath, wet room shower and WC, and the third a wet room shower and WC.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has charcoal sofas, a wood burner and a TV, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto the decking for breakfasts or lunches outside. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine, tumble dryer and space for coats and boots.

Outside, guests have a private hot tub on the decking along with garden furniture and a patio dining set. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and guests are free to wander the surrounding 11 acres, including the lakes, where coarse fishing is available. A travel cot and highchair can be provided for families.

Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and guests are asked to keep noise down outside after 10.30pm out of respect for neighbours. Stag and hen parties are not permitted, and group bookings may be checked to confirm the purpose of the stay. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
