Bay Tree House

Bay Tree House is a four-storey coastal townhouse in the heart of Seaton, moments from the seafront, with the pub 0.1 miles away, the beach 0.2 miles and the shop 0.4 miles. The house sleeps up to 16 guests across eight bedrooms arranged over the upper three floors.

The first floor holds two king-size bedrooms, a double and a twin, while the second floor adds another king-size room, a double, a twin and a bunk bedroom; five of these have en-suite facilities. A family bathroom on the second floor and a shower room on the third floor serve the remaining rooms.

The ground floor holds the kitchen, a separate dining room and a sitting room with bay windows, while the top floor opens into a second living area with its own kitchen space, breakfast bar, dining space and a Smart TV. The kitchen has a range cooker, and there's a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus highchair and travel cot available on request.

Outside, a front garden and a rear courtyard seating area both have space for a barbecue. Off-road parking covers three cars, with further roadside parking nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the house is no smoking throughout.
