3 Major Terrace

3 Major Terrace is a four-storey Victorian terrace house in the coastal town of Seaton, a short walk from the town centre, with two kitchens, two sitting rooms and six bedrooms sleeping up to 12. Two king-size bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities: a second-floor room with a shower room and a third-floor loft room with a bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are a ground-floor king-size, two more second-floor king-size rooms and a ground-floor twin.

A second-floor family bathroom and a ground-floor shower-room serve the other bedrooms. There are two kitchens, a ground-floor kitchen for smaller groups and a spacious first-floor kitchen with a large dining table, plus two sitting rooms, one on the ground floor and a larger one upstairs with an ornamental fireplace. Gas heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, a walled rear garden is enclosed with astro turf lawn, decking and furniture for meals outdoors. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, not suitable for commercial vehicles, and there's an electric car charging port on site.

A maximum of one dog is accepted, and smoking is not allowed. The house is set over four floors, so it isn't suitable for guests with mobility issues, and young children should be supervised. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles.
