This stately house stands adjacent to the owner's home near Woolsery, close to Clovelly, though privacy for guests is assured. It suits large family gatherings or groups travelling together, with seven bedrooms sleeping up to 18 people across two floors.

Downstairs, an entrance hallway leads to a large lounge with a wood burner, beams and a Smart TV, along with a double sofa bed for additional seating. The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric range oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, plus a long dining table suited to a special occasion. A rear sun porch offers space for boots and wet kit, with a separate WC nearby.

Upstairs, the seven bedrooms include two standard doubles (one en-suite with a bath and shower over), a four-poster double with a single sofa bed, a double with an additional single bed, a double with full-size bunk beds, and two twin rooms. Bathroom facilities comprise the en-suite, a shower room with WC, a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment reached via two steps, and a further shower room with sink but no WC.

Outside, an extensive enclosed lawned garden includes a children's play area, a charcoal barbecue and picnic benches, with room for ball games. A sweeping driveway provides off-road parking for seven or eight cars. Wifi is available, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided. Dogs are not permitted at this property.
