3 Caddaford Barns

3 Caddaford Barns is a reverse-level barn conversion on the outskirts of Buckfastleigh, next to the owner's organic working farm, with the kitchen, dining and sitting area up on the first floor and all three bedrooms on the ground floor. The barn sleeps 8, plus a double sofa bed on the mezzanine available by request only.

Two of the ground-floor bedrooms, a super-king-size and a king-size (each can be set up as twins on request), have their own en-suite walk-in shower rooms with a heated towel rail and WC. The third, a double, sits alongside a separate ground-floor shower room with the same walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A spiral staircase leads up to the first-floor living space, so it's worth planning around for anyone with limited mobility.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen has a double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, with a dining table and a sitting area warmed by a woodburning stove. A ground source heat pump provides underfloor heating throughout, and a Smart TV and WiFi cover evenings in. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Outside, there's an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio and furniture, plus an enclosed front courtyard with its own patio and furniture. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, with further unrestricted parking on the lane outside, and EV charging can be arranged with the owner at an extra charge. Caddaford Barns is also home to a wellness studio, so other guests may be on site and share access to the rear garden. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking; short breaks need a minimum of 3 nights, and it has its own private water supply.
