Yellowland Farm

Yellowland Farm is a farmhouse on a 75-acre working farm two and a half miles from Holsworthy. Guests have exclusive use of the house, aside from a section of the ground floor by the porch, and it sleeps up to 11 people including infants across four bedrooms, though it is not suitable for a party of 11 adults.

Two of the bedrooms are doubles with a 2ft6in single bed and an en-suite shower room each, and the other two are a double and a twin, both with a basin; a shared bathroom with a bath and hand shower serves them, alongside a ground-floor WC. Downstairs, a long hall leads to a sitting room with a wood burning stove, a dining room with a sociable table, and a well-equipped kitchen.

In the barn near the house is an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi; the pool and the toy room are closed for cleaning on departure day, and guests need to bring their own towels for the pool area. The barn also holds a snooker room with a full-size table, a separate games room and a toy room, and outside is an enclosed garden with a children's play area. A cot and highchair are available on request, and the kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, with WiFi and TV with DVD throughout.

Yellowland Farm does not accept pets. Off-road parking is provided for five cars, and school-holiday bookings run from Friday for a minimum of seven nights. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and stag or hen parties are not accepted.
