Weston Farm Barn

This detached barn conversion sits on the edge of a working farm, tucked into the corner of an open field near East Knowstone, on the fringe of Exmoor National Park. Reached by a private driveway, it offers a self-contained base for two, with ample off-road parking on site.

Inside, an open-plan lounge and dining area combines exposed beams with a timber floor, a wood burner (the first basket of logs supplied) and a Smart TV. This space leads through to a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus a separate utility room housing the washer/dryer, handy for muddy boots after a countryside walk. A downstairs WC is also provided.

Upstairs, the single bedroom has a super-king-size bed beneath a vaulted ceiling, with a floor-to-ceiling window looking out over the surrounding farmland. The en-suite bathroom includes a free-standing bath and a separate shower.

Outside, an enclosed garden and patio come with outdoor furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a private hot tub, though the hot tub is not available for use until later on the arrival day. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Internet access is provided. A pub is around two miles away and a shop around ten miles, so an early stock-up on essentials is worth planning.
