West Millbrook Cottage

West Millbrook Cottage sits in the small village of Twitchen, near South Molton in North Devon, and sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. A king-size and a twin room are located down the main hallway, while two double bedrooms are three steps up from the hallway. One bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC; a separate shower room provides a cubicle and WC. The driveway has a narrow entrance, so it is worth bearing that in mind on arrival, though three cars fit comfortably once inside.

The galley-style kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and coffee machine. An open-plan lounge and dining area leads off the hallway and includes a Smart TV for evenings in. A highchair is available for families with young children, and up to two dogs are welcome on site, though they must remain on a lead at all times. The cottage runs on a private water supply, which can affect water pressure.

Directly beside the cottage, a secluded garden has a lawn and a gravelled seating area furnished with a table and chairs, a BBQ and a fire pit. A private games barn less than 25 yards away contains darts, table football, ice hockey and a ping-pong table, making it a practical bonus for groups and families looking to fill an evening without leaving the property.

A pub and shop are 1.5 miles away for everyday supplies, and the nearest beach is approximately 15 miles. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
