Upper Frogpool Cottage

Upper Frogpool Cottage is a traditional two-storey cottage in the village of Stockleigh Pomeroy, in the Crediton area of Devon. On the ground floor, the sitting room is built around a woodburning stove, and the kitchen/diner has room for cooking and eating together, with a cloakroom adding everyday convenience.

Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep 5 in total: two doubles and a single, all served by a family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower over, plus a basin. Central heating and the woodburning stove keep the cottage warm through the cooler months.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge and washing machine, with a kettle and toaster, and there's a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, an enclosed rear lawn with furniture gives guests a place to sit out in warmer weather.

Local amenities are reached by car, while the nearby market town of Crediton has shops, a farmers' market and a leisure centre, and the cathedral city of Exeter is a wider base further on for theatres and shopping.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and the cottage does not take pets and is no smoking. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies, and the shop is 3.6 miles away, with the pub 2 miles off.
